Last I heard from the PerlMonth people, I was supposed
to be writing an article for LinuxMonth. When I was late (as
usual) and I didn't get chased on it I assumed they weren't
quite as ready to relaunch as they'd thought.
I'll get in touch with them and see if I can find out
what the story is.
