Has this headhunter ever mentioned where these companies are looking for it? I'm not currently in the market for any new projects myself, but, in five years of freelancing, I've seen easily 10-20 PHP projects for every Perl project I've run across.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
