I know all of this, but do beginners, too???
A simple return to break the script-tag into two lines and you may double the number of users...
Strange, you as a MS fan should care about brainless users ... ;-D
update:
<script>
var headID = document.getElementsByTagName("head")`[0`];
var cssNode = document.createElement('link');
cssNode.type = 'text/css';
cssNode.rel = 'stylesheet';
cssNode.href = 'http://datenzoo.de/pub/prettify-jaap.css';
cssNode.media = 'screen';
headID.appendChild(cssNode);
</script>
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://datenzoo.de/pub/prettify-jaap.js"></script>

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
