hi I am a student in UK and has just come across perl scripting language. basically I am a biology student and quite knowledgeful about R but this perl is a new thing for me.
my question is:
how could I call the R scripts from the perl command line to obtain its results? i have wasted a lot of my time on this and still has got no idea on how to tackle it, probably system commands or backticks.
any reply would be very helpful to me.
