This came up on P5P.
Regex::Diagram (name to be confirmed) is a tool for graphing regexes. The image on the homepage certainly looks impressive. There is also a tutorial in Japanese although the example images should be clear enough for non-speakers.
It seems that it is, at least, partially based on Japhy's RegexParser which is now part of YAPE::Regex.
