Re^2: I take this poll

That looks to be a recipe for Pfannkuchen (what I've seen referred to in the US as 'dutch babies', a sort of german 'pancake' (closer in composition to yorkshire pudding). Any recommendation on temperature for those of who don't have a european standard gas oven?

Erm, Well I kind of just made it all up rather than it being an actual recipe :-). I could of checked my cook book but was trying to be spontaneous :-). Well, for those interested, even if it is completely off topic -- Pfannkuchen recipie (which is also missing the temperature) "Dutch Apple Pancakes" Seattle Dutch Babies Yorkshire Pudding If you're lazy like I am, and have the necessary gadgets -- place everything in a blender, give it a whirl, then let it sit for ~ 20 minutes (usually, I do this while I'm broiling a steak). Place the beef drippings (or oil), in a pan, and give it a few minutes to heat in the oven (~400F)... pull out the pan, dump in the batter, then put it back in the oven 'till it's golden.	[reply]
