Have you tried Googling for an answer? Using the search term "active directory" perl revealed some potentially useful answers:

• Active Directory & Perl
• Active Directory Cookbook Source Code (if you use the source code honor the author by buying the book).
• Building a Bridge to the Active Directory with XML-RPC

Generally speaking, if your question is so general that sample data is not necessary then you should google and super search for an answer first.
