It says though, right at the bottom of the CGI manpage, that in the future CGI.pm will be broken up into more smaller projects.

    No support for CSS of any kind

    You might be looking at an old version of the CGI.pm docs. Here is a newer version

      I looked at that, and I have never been scared so much by code... somebody... hold me.

      But seriously, you cannot put a h# inside a span, and I do not even want to know what using -style in start_html() does... my nightmares have been covered since my mother asked me for my opinion on the Victoria's Secret catelog she got in the mail (One of her, is very sadistic)
