Just a couple notes, from a W3C Secret KGB Police member:
- No support for any variant of XHTML (currently 1.1)
- No support for CSS of any kind
It says though, right at the bottom of the CGI manpage, that in the future CGI.pm will be broken up into more smaller projects.
