It would be cool if we could have a selection on our Monk
profiles to indicate (optionally of course) employment status.
Something like:
Some of us are in positions where we might need to find additional talent to join our companies; what better place to start the search than Perl Monks?<select name="employment_status"> <option>Happily employed <option>Employed but entertaining offers <option>Employed but hate my job <option>Unemployed and seeking work <option>Will work for bandwidth <option>Don't have a job; don't want one
