Currently Appenzeller is my favorite
kind of cheese. I also like Emmentaler, Leerdamer, Mozarella, Buko
(a fresh cheese from Denmark) and Allgäuer Bergkäse ("mountain cheese" from the Allgäu,
southern Germany), but this one is hard to get in Bielefeld.
