I'm really amazed that you didn't find the right Lisp and Scheme CPAN-clones. The one for PLT/MzScheme is PLaneT which is here: http://planet.plt-scheme.org/
and there is one for Common Lisp here: http://www.cliki.net/ASDF-Install
