The traditional source of this problem is that when a node was already approved into one section it still can be moved into a different section (where it then cannot be approved).

a node was already approved into one section

It definitely wasn't approved before I moved it?

This ancient bug manifests itself when you approve and move in the same request. Do them in separate requests.

I cannot either. My guess: Anonymonk is not allowed to post into Meditations?

Yet it allowed me to move it there???

It did let me move it back to SoPW and then approve it there, so it likely is the anonymonk/meditation conflict. But now it's stuck in the wrong place. I left a note for the janitors that it should be moved back, but only someone with deeper knowledge than I will know if that's possible, or likely to rip a hole in the spacetime continuum

edit: looks like too many monks poking at it at once. The node shows that hdb approved it and davido front paged it. I believe I may have moved it back (after also trying several times to approve it in meditations), but someone else might have done the same thing at the same time...

I could not find anything in the monastery help archives but this 29730. See section "Moving a Node to another Section". It says "You must follow this sequence very carefully:" but it does not specify the penalty if the procedure is NOT followed carefully.
