Okay. The implication of that is you think that I have come here pretty much every day for the last 13 years for the "credit" I get.
For the riches and rewards; international recognition; pay packet bonuses; Perlmonks groupies and everything else that comes from being 2nd on SioB. I mean: Wow; I'm just so blessed.
And your earlier phrase: "Being under-appreciated has traditionally been a side-effect of altruism. Some even seek it, as a guard against pride." suggests that it is some how wrong for me to enjoy having my efforts appreciated.
You know, it's pretty damned hard to offend me; but you succeeded.
