in thread Restricting Anonymous Monk to SOPW

But why worry about rude attacks from AM? Do they harm you; your kids; your relationships; or your future?

And did you drop a word of phrase in the para beginning "(n)ot opposing ...?" Perhaps a pronoun referring to the OP's proposal? Pls clarify: what are you "(n)ot opposing?". You can even do so in the anonymous insult, if you wish.1.

I've already met some people who avoid PM because of the "tone", I mean also active contributors who blog or post on stackoverflow.

It's sad to loose quality in exchange for some psychos and aggro nerds.

Well whatever, I think it can't be helped.

We need to settle on the level of badly formated FASTA questions and alike.
