"I dont understand whats wrong, I install the ExtUtils::MakeMaker , I think locally but when i try to install the local::lib it still see the old verison of ExtUtils::MakeMaker" Take a look at the instructions I posted, when boostrapping local::lib I include the path to where I installed EUMM v7. The instructions I gave you should be pretty much copy & paste.
