the mystery of the "why" behind the behaviour ... simplistic "psychology of internet troll" arguments do not apply who says anyone's psychology is simple? who says all trolls hide behind anonymity? leaving the "why" a mystery is part of what makes him successfull, keep everyone guessing displaying multiple personality disorders is part of the game who cares about the "why" if the net effect is the same, attention for the troll and time spent and upset emotions in others don't feed the trolls
