I think that you have had a very good idea, and I hope you find a way to make it happen.
On a side note, I have had a fantasy for some time that when I win the lottery, I would do something very similar to what you are trying to do here (except on a bigger scale). Unfortunately, in the real world, I am just coming off a several month layoff by taking a job that pays less than the crappy pay I was getting before :-( At least it's a better job! Scott
