You might be able to find a text editor with a perl syntax mode that can copy rich-text to the clip-board. Then open your perl code in the appropriate text editor, copy (rich), paste into Word.
I assume that you want to show perl code in a Word document containing other writing... If you actually mean that you are editing perl code in Word... for the love of god stop. There are plenty of free or reg-not-required shareware editors out there that are far better suited to the task than word, of all things.
