Voting - single Vs. multiple nodesby mikedshelton (Beadle) |

I ask for your observation / experiences re: XPs and voting ONE node at a time versus voting for MULTIPLE nodes (original node and replies) at a time. (this is without regard of others voting on your nodes) I have noticed that when voting on more than one node at a time that the "25% chance of +1 every time you vote" appears to occur on the group of votes as a whole, not as a 25% chance of +1 on each node ++ -- when voting... Doesn't this seem to penalize those of us who find an interesting thread to vote on... I don't particular care to ++ -- vote a single node at a time (especially when having 8, 12, 16+ votes) ... Does this appear to be your experience as well ? Would it be possible to update the voting system to award XPs based on number of nodes voted on rather than the number of times I hit the 'Vote' button ... ? Your thoughts ...
