The rest of us call it the dark side metaphorically.
Well.
- No enlightenment without perception. Light is what reveals all things to the eye. Unseen, unrevealed, they remain in darkness.
- From full moon towards new moon, the darkness from the dark side of the moon slowly creeps upon the bright side of the moon! The moon isn't turning around. But the new moon now has two dark sides.
So, let us refer to them two sides as "front" and "back". Or else.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
