For those of us who are not Biologists, you should define your terms. Specifically, what is an "oligo"? And what do you mean when you say "I can't write it down"?

Providing an small sample of your input data, an example query string, and an example of what you expect to see in the output will be very helpful.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
