( [id://3333]=superdoc: print w/replies, xml ) Need Help??

You are so full of shit.

You can apply whatever formatting you want but it doesn't change what you said.

"else I might take umbrage at the theft of the recognition of my efforts and contributions for the last 6 years."

The subjunctive "might" referred to the "umbrage" in your diatribe; the "theft" you claimed to have suffered was a statement of fact.

You just forgot that XP != votes, and instead of looking at the docs, you went on a drunken rant about it. Now you are trying to twist your own words to make yourself look like less of an asshole.

It's not working.

(And you can't even see the irony that you, of all people, have replaced your great nemesis as the XP-Whiner-in-Chief.)

The way forward always starts with a minimal test.

Title:
Use:  <p> text here (a paragraph) </p>
and:  <code> code here </code>
to format your post; it's "PerlMonks-approved HTML":

  • Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.
  • Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
    <code> <a> <b> <big> <blockquote> <br /> <dd> <dl> <dt> <em> <font> <h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <hr /> <i> <li> <nbsp> <ol> <p> <small> <strike> <strong> <table> <td> <th> <tr> <tt> <u> <ul>
  • Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
  • Want more info? How to link or How to display code and escape characters are good places to start.
