All good ideas I think, but I think it should be minrep OR maxrep, as
giving the searcher the ability to specify both would make it pretty
easy to uncover the actual reputation which is currently hidden unless
you spend that hard earned vote to find out...
Here's an OT thought: how about being able to spend a vote neutrally
in order to uncover the reputation without affecting it? Now I'm
confusing myself - if indeed reputation should be hidden, why is it revealed to voters?

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
