Hi arc_of_descent, Sounds a lot like my situation :) That's the beauty of Perl, I guess. Knowing just what you need to know does give you the confidence to do things. Well I suppose it's a lot to do with it's being like language. After a while you find that you can literally conjure up code in your head.
