What is the method to bond $Name='Dr. John Bool' and $Email='[e-mail]' from $VAR1?

Essentaillay, you have the answer,

my ($Name,$Email) = @{$ref};

print "My name is  : $Name\n";
print "My email is : $Email\n";


If this works ok in a terminal, and you still have problems, then you have problems with your html , and not your perl.
