A few years back I posted my first obfuscated bit to clpm. OK, so it's really only barely obfuscated ornithological quackery (never really had the knack for obfuscation) -- at least I'm not asking you to read my poetry! Anyway, it went something like this:

$_="faufakfacfadfas";      # some arbitrary string.
$not=q=q+q-q-+=;           # q equals q plus q minus q, right?
s$d|u|c|k|s\$$\$not$geese; # seems fowl.
s a.\ay?.+aprint uc $&ae;  # <ducking>...(sic)
