I'm a hands on programmer who has steadfastly refused to migrate into management, so now I'm called an "architect" whatever that means.

I work for Yahoo! Europe on i18n, CMS and template management.

I haven't contributed to CPAN yet, I like to think mostly because I'm too busy with real work, though I was responsible for the perl4/Informix glue "Isqlperl" many years ago, before the days of DBI.

Apart from programming in perl, I enjoy programming in POVRay, photography and playing the piano (though no-one enjoys listening to me :-).
