Like so many here, I highly recommend perldoc.perl.org's HTML versions of the perldocs. If you find yourself referring to them often but are not always online, you can download the complete set of documentation in HTML and PDF format.

Don't overlook PM's Tutorials section, which includes gems like:

Perl documentation documentation

As far as offsite links, I really like Learn.Perl.Org and Perl Training Australia's Training Manuals.
