Yeah, I'm getting that too, trying to reinstall it: ERROR: 500 Can't connect to theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca:80 (connect: Unknown error)

My hunch is that it's a temporary problem. I'm sure there'll be a repo carrying the module eventually.

UPDATE: PPM::Repositories is pretty wow. Never heard of it.

    The server hosting the uwinnipeg repositories died over the weekend, but it's back up now.
