Try to fill in your name in American forms is not fun if you do not live in an American state (but the field is still required) and if your name is H.Merijn Brand. Worst thing that can happen is that semi-intelligent software changes that to Merijn H. Brand or simply refuses to accept. Enjoy, Have FUN! H.Merijn
