Submit button/Textbox size

Dear Monks,
I am new to CGI scripting. up till now I am using Perl only for desktop related applications. My query goes as follows.
I am using following code in my CGI basic script. I want to increase size (length / width) of the SUBMIT button and Textbox. I would welcome any clues/tutorials/direct answers here.

print start_html('SEARCH'),
    start_form,
    "Search Terms ",textfield('search'),
    p,
    submit,
    end_form,
    hr;

I guess I need to elaborate a little bit more on my question so that I can get better answers rather than asking to read some the entire book on CGI, which I have already read
Updated Question:
The submit button parameters shows

  print submit(-name=>'button_name',
                        -value=>'value');

We can very well see that we can Not modify size of the button, Any more ideas, clues please?

You'll have to read fairly far down in perldoc CGI... to find the section-header "CREATING FILL-OUT FORMS:" ... but the text above will be well worth your time.
