Had I cleaned my glasses before voting, I probably would have noticed the My glasses option ... alas, no.

Things I find myself cleaning up the most frequently:

    • Myself, I probably shower more frequently than most folks, not doing so has bad consequences. Of course I shower with a friend (SWMBO) as often as I can get away with.. to.. err... conserve water.. yeah that's it.
    • My glasses. Gotta get them beer stains and dog toungue prints off so I can read my code.
    Things I should clean frequently:
    • My desk. When I can't find something I know I put on there, it's time to clean off the desk.
    • My basement workshop. Can't walk down there any more.
    • My E-Mail inbox. Got mail going back to the last system rebuild I did on my workstation at home.

Day to day I'm the mildmannered programmer, who cleans up other people's code...

But at night or where ever evil lurks, none can hide from me... I clean up the streets.

I don't so much clean my keyboard as replace it frequently.
I used to have a pile of worn out keyboards! The letters that go first are usually 'a', 's' and 'n' . Dunno why. Oh and 'e' usually gets a hammering as well.
        Dunno why.

Of course you don't. This arcane knowledge is reserved for the elite brotherhood of wizards who have passed CS 101.

Replace those alpha keys with the numeric keys 4 5 7 3 respectively. The seven is the closest I could interpret for an N.

Meh, I bought this keyboard back in the nineties, used, on eBay, back when it was possible to use eBay without using a credit card or PayPal. It's a model M. They last a long time. I could take it apart and clean it, but so far I've never bothered. Maybe someday if I get incredibly bored I will. Meanwhile, if a key starts giving me trouble, I just take a half-unbent paperclip or something and fish a few cubic inches of matted hair and whatnot out from under that key, and then it works again. Problem solved.

I only wear sunglasses (deal with it) and I clean those more often than anything else on this list, by an order of ten. Car is probably second.

I like computer programming because it's like Legos for the mind.

The coffee pot. If all that leftover coffee doesn't get cleaned out before a fresh batch is made, eewwww....

I don't clean the coffee pot. SWMBO does... and she cleans my coffee mug, dammit. I keep trying to explain to her she's ruining the good flavor... A coffee mug should have a good patina as a result of all the coffee that has been consumed from it over the years. It takes a long time to develop that patina and she destroys it in seconds! ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!

Believe it or not, some prefer the taste of burnt-bitter coffee

mm... Starbucks burns their beans, or so I've heard, saying their drinkers prefer the 'mature flavor'... I don't know what that says about old age but... damn.
