I don't know how to install those libraries. It's not Perl and I can only find resources for Unix. :-( Bwaaah, boo hoo hooo, waaaah :D Here is a guide http://ingar.satgnu.net/devenv/mingw32/base.html It won't tell you where to download these two particular ones, but the same instructions can apply And tab completion doesn't work with Term::ReadLine::Perl either. I do believe history, the alternative cavac was presenting uses arrow keys (up/down) For me, with arrow keys, his example cycles through a history list (the program source, since i typed it in interactively, perl - )
