I'm trying to put together a message window on my PC that will display a message on top of everything else. I also want to display the message window even if no one is logged into the system. I am able to get this far with it
use Win32::GUI;
$main = Win32::GUI::Window->new();
$main->MessageBox($ARGV[0], "",0x001000|0x000030);
The problem I am having is where I want this message box to be displayed even when no one is logged into the system. I am trying to add the MB_SERVICE_NOTIFICATION type to this message box like so:
use Win32::GUI;
$main = Win32::GUI::Window->new();
$main->MessageBox($ARGV[0], "",0x200000|0x001000|0x000030);
But when I do that, the message box stops showing up completely. Has anyone experienced problems like this? Is the 0x200000 number I'm using the wrong one?

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
