They asked if you enabeled unicode support when installing, https://metacpan.org/pod/DBD::ODBC#Enabling-and-Disabling-Unicode-support:

On non-Windows platforms Unicode support is disabled by default. To enable it specify -u to Makefile.PL when you configure DBD::ODBC.

    Hi All.
    Reinstalled DBD:ODBC using "perl Makefile.PL -u", and problem solved!
