Well, I guess we've veered into the humorous portion of the day, because it's hard to understand how my post could be construed as personal when you're posting as an Anonymous Monk. :)That's easy to answer. While I may be anonymous, I know what I wrote, and I know that you're responding to me. That makes negative things you say, in reply to a comment that I've made, personal. If you need an example, I'll refer you to the troll label -- which I don't consider myself to be.
Not really, we just assume that if you are commenting on something that you have something useful to say .. and that presumes that you understand the technical background. The original post had links to other nodes with relevant information, which you should have read if you were going to respond and not waste everyone's time.I do believe that I had something useful to say. I was providing constructive criticism. I stated that I had a problem with the article, and I stated how it could be fixed.
