i read it several times back and fort, but i still don't understand the meditation aspect of this post. i'm also not sure whether you're asking some question or showing some cool uses for perl. i doubt it's a tutorial, i'm certain it's not a discussion regarding PM itself, and obviously it's not a poetry.
but perhaps, you could help yourself with the guides and learn how to post here on PerMonks.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
