Not a slow dial up, my brain is just a lot slower than that of normal people and doesn't work well in real time. I do understand the points you make in the OP, I just thought it would be interesting to compare your viewpoints pre and post godhood :)

We all do our piece as time and availability allow I guess. Also part of the reason I was made a god was to make the patch application process more lively, so I guess its sort of my job. Anyway, ysth was made a god recently so now that there are three of us (tye applies patches too) who are actively applying patches to the site. Hopefully things will be more reactive going into the future.
