sorry for the delay - only just found this. all fair points well made. In my defense I wasn't trying to supress free speech, just keep the site clean(ish). i really didn't (and don't) care that much, however i would say that hoping something doesn't offend someone doesn't mean that it won't or makes it ok if you do. either way. also did you mean concrete_poem?
