jupe has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
I have been going through the camel book and cpan and have not found an answer to this question: on a Win32 system can you craft UDP and TCP packets with perl? what i need to do is be able to spoof ip's and change tcp options. this is for a prject i am doing with intrusion detection. any help would be monumentally appreciated. thanks!!
