    I know it'll never happen; but it wouldn't need to be complicated.

    A simple: "Please rate your experience of this module: bad [1 2 3 4 5] good" would suffice.

      Perhaps a command line tool which interfaces to cpan ratings to view/submit reviews would be useful for this.

        What are: "cpan ratings"?
