yeah, early perlmonks used to be full of clever world-play titles like that, and we enjoyed them, but we quickly realized if searching was to be useful, the titles had to be more useful. We know it isn't always possible, but we should try as best we can, especially when we want help (posting to SOPW).
One of the better examples, from Tutorials: Getting Started with Perl: Documenting Code, formerly under "Tutorials about Specific CPAN Modules", is The Dynamic Duo --or-- Holy Getopt::Long, Pod::UsageMan!
Its mildly amusing, but still manages to get accross the point that its about Getopt::Long, Pod::Usage
You can still see funyuns in Meditations because it is more lax about titles, but folks still try to make it topical (add some wrods from the content of meditation)
If you compare "foreach my $question (@perlmonks){}" against How do I compose an effective node title? you can see your has a few stopwords
Because you posted in SOPW, we know you're asking us, the perlmonks, a question, so if you remove that you're left with "foreach", which is good, its about loops (loop is generic for foreach) but thats only a single word
