So far, I haven't had any issues with using 32-bit Strawberry Perl on 64-bit Windows 7. Of course, I'm probably a "light" Perl user compared to you based on the modules that you listed.

Also, you might want to check out DWIM Perl from Gabor Szabo. He's basically taking Strawberry Perl and adding in more modules that he felt would be useful to have. In fact, some of the modules that you specifically named are included. It also includes Padre.
