For those who, like me, will find this ticket when googling the error
+message:
Simply add the option
-M Curses::UI::Language::english
on the `pp` command line.
cpanm pp installs without issue for me on sdf-eu, is the BSD equivalent of libperl-dev isn't installed, can you locate libperl.so?
