Hi, How long ago did you remove files on PAUSE? 5 days ago? http://mirrors.cpan.org/ shows nbtelecom to be "ok" and 3 hours behind master, http://backpan.cpantesters.org/authors/id/A/AR/ARFREITAS/ has much more stuff than http://mirror.nbtelecom.com.br/CPAN/authors/id/A/AR/ARFREITAS/ or http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/A/AR/ARFREITAS/ The timestamp on the CHECKSUM is Fri Mar 17 14:22:59 2017 GMT Does that sound correct to you? It seems all good when compared... the files I looking for to remove (on my local mirror) where removed more than a week ago... Thinking better now, this mirror was created initially from http://linorg.usp.br/CPAN, which is not being updated frequently... but that doesn't explain why I had files over my (local) directory that are not available on the mirrors, unless there is a problem with linorg.usp.br. Forgot to mention that I used perlbrew to install a new perl and CPAN::Mini over it.
