The Bible talks about convicted thieves paying back multiples of what they stole. They were also expected to stop stealing. Why not punish theft nodes by downing the posters XP a multiple of any gained votes on stolen nodes? This should come after proper warnings and possibly using some form of jury. Thus the punishment will outway possible gains.
