What are the permissions for C:\Programs\Perl\bin\ppm3-bin? Try using pl2bat C:\Programs\Perl\bin\ppm3-bin. Try reinstalling PPM3.

You are right - using pl2bat on ppm3-bin did the trick, thank you very much! Update: The manually downloaded DBI and ODBC driver modules installed like a charm, I had my first Win32::ODBC scripts converted soon :)	[reply]
