I don't clean the coffee pot. SWMBO does... and she cleans my coffee mug, dammit. I keep trying to explain to her she's ruining the good flavor... A coffee mug should have a good patina as a result of all the coffee that has been consumed from it over the years. It takes a long time to develop that patina and she destroys it in seconds!
