The 1M was a number that I threw out. Realistically, that number will be much, much higher.
While SQL is usually great, it is simply not what I need for the final product in this situation. What I need to do with the data is very specific and isn't what database engines are optimized for. Just to clear that up. :) I will most likely build the database in SQL, and then convert it to a flat-file. Thanks for the help!
